1- Online registration for Winter 2008-2009 and Spring 2009 began November 17, 2008.

2- All duly registered Queens College students must have a valid Q.C. e-mail address. To sign up click here.

3- Accessing eSIMS using http://esims.cuny.edu was discontinued on July 15, 2008. You should use your CUNY Portal, Username and Password to access eSIMS. If you have not already done so, please go to http://portal.cuny.edu , to obtain a Portal Username and Password.

Accessing your Grades

Your current semester grades are available in two ways:

Online:

Log onto the CUNY Portal

Enter the requested information.

Goto "SSO Applications for Students" Select "Schedule/Grades".

Select "eSims".

Select "Schedule/Grades".

All grades that have been posted will appear.

In order to avail yourself to our online services, you should clear any HOLDS/STOPS that have been placed on your record otherwise, you will not be able to access the systems.

e-Mail

Semester grades will be e-mailed to your QC account.

VISITING STUDENTS to Queens College
Summer	Winter
Students who are attending Queens College as visiting students during any of the four Summer Sessions may receive an Official Transcript at the end of session 2L by completing the SUMMER SESSION GRADE REPORT before the last week of classes. This report will be sent to your home college, free of charge, as a courtesy.	Students who are attending Queens College as visiting students during the Winter Session may receive an Official Transcript at the end of the Winter Sessin by completing the WINTER SESSION GRADE REPORT before the last week of classes. This report will be sent to your home college, free of charge, as a courtesy.
However, if you miss the deadline for completing this application*, you will need to complete a transcript request form and pay the $7.00 processing fee to receive a transcript of your work done here at Queens College. You can also request your transcript online.
* Applications available online and in the Office of the Registrar, Jefferson Hall, 1st Floor.
