The Queens College Public Safety Department

 

The primary responsibility of the Office of Public Safety is to maintain an atmosphere in which the faculty, staff, students, and administration of the College can feel free and secure in the pursuit of their academic activities within a safe and respectful environment.


The Public Safety Office is responsible for public safety and security at the college.  The office is located in Jefferson Hall room 201, and open Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (except closed on College holidays). The phone number is (718) 997-4445.

Public safety officers are at the main gate at all times (24 hours). The phone number there is 997-5912.
