a) To advise on all major policy decisions, monitor performance,
and hear complaints.
b) The Board shall make a report of its findings to the
President and the Senate at least twice a year.
c) The specific areas this Board will review include: Business
Office, Buildings and Grounds, Data Processing,
Records Management, Registrar, Security, Parking, Central Mail Services,
Telephone, Office and Reprographic Services, Campus Planning, Space
Management, Management Information Services, and the selection and
allocation of office machines.
